Tiny statues, big stories Hunting for kolodko mini sculptures
Discover Budapest through the hidden world of Mihail Kolodko’s mini bronze statues. This Ukrainian-Hungarian artist has placed playful, symbolic sculptures all across the city. Each one telling a story about local legends, historical momentsor hidden urban jokes.
On this walking tour we explore Budapest on foot and by public transport while hunting for these tiny masterpieces. It’s a real urban treasure hunt across different neighborhoods, showing you both the artworks and the hidden sides of the city itself.
We usually find 10–15 Kolodko mini statues during the tour, depending on pace and weather. Each discovery is a surprise, turning Budapest into an open-air gallery and a playful treasure hunt experience.
Meeting point: in front of the New York Café, Budapest.
