Alternative bike tour – graffiti wall and cool places
It’s time to jump on a bike and explore beyond the downtown area!
During this tour, we’ll rent bikes from a local, family-owned bike shop and ride to see Budapest’s very first graffiti wall, a legendary spot for street art lovers. From there, we’ll continue into vibrant, truly local neighborhoods, far from the tourist paths.
As we ride, you’ll notice how the city changes step by step. From the elegant downtown to areas where locals live, work, and create. If you love underground culture, graffiti and biking, this tour is made for you!
Please note: we’ll cover approximately 25 km during the ride.
Meeting point: Best Bike Tour Budapest
- Price: 20,000 HUF or 50 euros (bikes, helmets, and some fruits and nuts included)
- Duration: 3,5 hours

I absolutely loved the bike tour, it felt like a journey inside Budapest itself. We explored different neighborhoods, discovered hidden corners, and took in the amazing street art and graffiti. We uncovered many layers of meaning - where history, culture, and the everyday rhythms of life in Budapest are all intertwined. If you want to see a side of Budapest you’d never find on your own, and really connect with the city, I highly recommend it!

Had a great ride. Etele was awesome and our ride was perfect. So many hidden treasures! After the tour, Etele provided a map of more sites that could be explored on our own, and that was kinda cool too.

We had a great tour with ET & definitely recommend it. He was punctual, good at informing us but not boring us, & allowed for some spontaneous stops along the way as well. It was so nice to get out and see parts of Budapest even the locals don’t know about.

Et led a great tour. He’s down to earth, approachable, and kind. He showed us a ton of the area that we never would have seen otherwise. He made it feel safe and well organized. We had fun pit stops along the way; we hit up a cool local bar on some island. It was a good mix of commentary about normal life, current society, and history.

This is a great way to see the city and outskirts, providing a feel of the culture and history of Budapest. We saw hidden gems that otherwise we'd have just walked past! ET was a great host with a great sense of humour. It's clear he tailors the trip to your group.
